Dining is always the focus of each Food & Wine Tour itinerary. Restaurants are carefully selected and the menus created by the host chef and Chef Michel to showcase the finest regional and classical cuisine and regional wines. When an itinerary offers the opportunity for freedom-of-choice dining, it will be in a location with diverse choices. Hotels, chateaux and resorts are carefully selected for ambiance and location. Transportation is by luxury motor coach, utilizing the same tour bus company for all Food & Wine Tours in France and other international destinations, having enjoyed the pleasure of the same driver almost exclusively - a definite advantage as it creates a comfortable atmosphere for you while traveling and gives us the confidence that our well-planned itineraries and travel estimates are adhered to and respected.
