Chef Michel is a native of Burgundy, France and guides each trip from beginning to end and his network of chefs and knowledge of the cuisine and culture of each region visited, adds THE personal touch that distinguishes these trips and makes each culinary travel experience fun, fresh and full of unexpected pleasures!
