January and February are the perfect months to discover the beautiful Loire Valley of France and with truffles in season! Join us, our truffière and his trained dogs under the oak trees on his private grounds to search for the elusive black truffle! The day concludes with an “Earth to Table” gastronomic dinner where the truffle reigns supreme! This trip includes visits to some of the region’s most beautiful historic chateaux and gastronomic dining experiences featuring the bounty of the region; foie gras, magret de canard, chevre, regional wines and more……a true feast for the senses!
