In l’Esprit Escoffier, the Disciples Escoffier International was created as a not-for-profit association in 1954 in Nice, France. Disciples Escoffier International USA was started in 2006.
The Disciples are dedicated to the culinary arts, The transmission of knowledge by upholding the legacy of Auguste Escoffier and classical French cuisine, while striving to maintain the spirit of innovation.
